Job Description:
The Customer Service (CS) Associate works as part of an integrated team that provides quality customer service by helping plan customers understand work with, and use human resources programs, policies and benefit plan(s) accurately and effectively.

Required Skillset:
• Graduate (BA, B.COM, BSC, BBA, BHM)
• 0 – 2years related work experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible to work in 24X7 environment.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS-Office)

Desired Candidate Profile
The CS Associate acts as both a representative of Hewitt and the client during all customer interactions. During each interaction, he or she uses active listening, reading comprehension, probing, play-back, and style-matching skills to evaluate the customer’s needs as each situation dictates.

Responsibilities
• Telephone and written queries resolution as per the
standard procedures
• Executes Issue/Query Resolution
• Ensuring proper documentation and follow-ups
• Ongoing delivery of quality service
• Ensure sevice accuracy through compliance (TAT)
• Identify, share, and implement process Improvements
• Compliance to TRBS & MIS
• Processes are thoroughly executed
• All Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met
(workflow closeout, etc.)
• Ensure information is processed in an accurate and
timely manner in order to achieve agreed business

Objectives


Knowledge & Experience

• Excellent Verbal & Written communication skills.
• Familiar with MS Office.
• Proven experience in generating letters and e-mails
to client.
• Ability to interpret and understand

conditional statements (i.e., If/Then/Else) and

resolve participant requests by incorporating

these conditions.
