a. VB 6.0 - Mandatory

c. MS Access - Mandatory

Secondary skills

Oracle - No need for Oracle DBA but he should have understanding of PL/ SQL and oracle environment, Mondatory
DOS Scripting - nice to have
Windows Scripting - nice to have
ODBC - nice to have
FTP/PGP - nice to have

Preferably he needs to be from HR reporting background that can create / modify / extract reports from People-soft.
