Kurukshetra University invites applications for the M.Tech. Bio-technology course for the academic year 2009-2010.
Eligibility:
* B.E./B.Tech. in Bio-technology or Bio-medical Engg. from any AICTE/UGC/ICAR approved Institution with overall minimum CGPA of 6.75 or 60% marks in aggregate (minimum CGPA of 6.25 or 55% marks for SC/ST candidates), preferably with valid GATE score.
OR
* B. Pharmacy/ Masters degree in Microbiology/ Biochemistry/ Medical Biotechnology/ Veterinary Microbiology/ Animal Biotechnology/ Veterinary Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ Molecular Biology from any AICTE/UGC/ICAR approved Institution with overall minimum CGPA of 6.75 or 60% marks in aggregate (minimum CGPA of 6.25 or 55% marks for SC/ST candidates), preferably with valid GATE score.
How to Apply
Prospectus (Code PG-II) containing Application Form, date of Entrance Test, eligibility conditions, admission criteria can be obtained from the Manager (P&P), K.U. Kurukshetra by remitting a sum of Rs.650/- (Rs.200/- for SC/BC candidates of Haryana) by DD in favour of Registrar, K.U. payable at Kurukshetra, if required by Regd. Post. Price at the counter is Rs.600/- (Rs.150/- for SC/BC candidates of Haryana).
Prospectus and Application Form can be downloaded from the University website. Forms must be accompanied DD of Rs.600/-(Rs.150/- for SC/BC candidates of Haryana) in favour of Registrar, K.U. payable at Kurukshetra.
Last date for receipt of Application Form: 20.07.2009.
