Acute Care Physical Therapist needed in central Virginia west of Waynesboro for a hospital position. Must be a licensed Physical Therapist. Trained for acute cases. Minimum BS Degree. 1-2 years experience required unless new grad has a doctorate in PT. We are offering an innovative staff scheduling and incentive package for working 7 days on/7 days off. Most treatments are bedside with patients on all medical floors, including orthopedic, oncology, telemetry, ICU, med/surg, nephrology, mental health and occasionally pediatrics. The therapists in acute care are an integral part of the acute care team. They work closely with other disciplines and regularly take part in interdisciplinary rounds. Schedule is days. No call. Salary of $65-80K with full benefits. Relocation and loan assistance available. Need is immediate.
