Job Description:
Position manages processes or key components of processes. This includes development and presentation of scope, justification, and bidding. Position has overall responsibility for attainment of timing and financial targets for these processes. Position insures resources are allocated, coordinated and deployed to accomplish processes successfully. Position manages and engineers continuous improvement efforts that improve the capacity, productivity, and capabilities of the equipment and Plant. Position provides engineering perspectives and skills to support projects/activities of plant personnel and serves as engineering resource for the plant manufacturing and safety leadership.
Requirements: BA/BS degree in Engineering or similar field required. Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
Salary Grade 6
***Depending on experience this position will be filled as a Sr. Process Engineer as a Salary Grade 6 or a Process Engineer as a Salary Grade 5.***
