Job Profile:
-Assisting in the designing and creation of research projects.
-Generating innovative ideas for research through review of literature etc.
-Developing appropriate research tools.
-Planning and coordinating fieldwork for research.
-Preparing pilot designs and analyzing results.
-Documenting and preparing excellent reports.
-Participating in publication of research results in journals and other relevant media.
-Supporting in the creation of concept notes, proposals etc.
-Coaching researchers.
Qualifications: M.Phil. in Social Sciences (Psychology/ Sociology/ Anthropology / health / public health) with a committed interest in mental health advocacy related research, the capacity to do independent research, capable of conceptualising and developing a research area or programme, and analytical skills.
Languages: English, Hindi with at least a basic understanding of Marathi.
