Key Areas of Responsibility:
A. Ensure set targets are met with respect to productivity, accuracy & timeliness.
B. Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures for processing the Bills of Lading.
C. Focus on data quality improvements in area/sector being handled.
D. Timely correspondence with the stake holders through emails, etc..
E. Ensure correct update of required data for reporting purpose.
Challenge of the job/problem solving:
A. Reference of multiple systems/ applications
B. Keeping track of up-to-date information on rate surcharges & tariffs.
Knowledge & Qualifications:
A. Graduate/ in any discipline (except engineering background)
B. Fluency in English
C. Computer literacy
D. Age preference less than 30 years
E. Should not have appeared the Maersk Assessment before
F. Should be willing to work in shifts.

· Fluency in English
