~ Green field implementation experience is added advantage
~ Knowledge of NGOSS / TMF frameworks
~ Excellent client interfacing skills (on technology / business solution discussions)
~ Tech savvy, ability to own and drive solutions from technical view point
~ Experience in providing solutions aligned with business SLAs
~ Capacity planning – deployment & roll-out
~ Experience in Performance Engineering J2EE track, defining the NFRs(Non functional requirements), infra – hardware, software sizing for the NFRs defined, guiding the performance testing team, analyze the results for tuning further.
