- Ability to lead a team of developers to deliver SharePoint projects with necessary software development processes
- Ability to gather software requirements and convert them into design specifications
- Ability to effectively model, present and communicate infrastructure architecture to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Developing custom SharePoint components, including workflows, web parts, features and templates
- Professional development experience in 3-4 MOSS 2007/ SPS2003 projects preferred
- Strong Object Oriented Programming background.
- Preferred prior experience in working with software development methodologies such as Scrum or Agile
- Experience in Microsoft SQL Server 2005 database development including Table Design, Stored Procedure Development and exposure to SSIS and SSAS.
- Experience in third-party products like DocAve, Tsunami, Quest, Bamboo and Newsgator
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
