Job Description

Job Summary:
- Provide product support for Info Lease, IDS's mission-critical portfolio management software for the asset finance industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities::

* Product Support:

o Diagnose reported issues by gathering information and data to determine a course of action for research.
o Research, troubleshoot, and recreate issues in test environments to identify defects and achieve resolution.
o Perform programming
and testing assignments for bug fixes and product development.
o Perform root cause analysis of issues to determine how they can be corrected and prevented in the future.
o Communicate with customers and other IDS support team members regarding the status of outstanding issues.
o Utilize issue tracking system(s) to record all communication and actions.
o Resolve questions and issues according to defined service levels.
o Work with other departments to facilitate the support process and work toward issue resolution.
o Develop knowledge of the lease/loan finance industry.
o Document standards and repeatable procedures to facilitate knowledge transfer to others.
o Suggest product, documentation, and process improvements in an effort to control and reduce support call volumes.
o May require occasional travel to client sites or other IDS offices.

* Additional Responsibilities:

o Organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks/assignments/projects.
o Participate in special projects.
o Perform other duties as assigned.
