01. Qualification: The candidate must be a citizen of India having Diploma in Electrical
Engineering with at-least 60% marks in the qualifying examination from a Recognized
Institution. The passing of Oriya Language Test equivalent to ME Standard is essential.
Basic knowledge in computer operation is essential. Preference shall also be given to the
candidates having experience in Power Distribution Sector.
02. Age: The candidate should be above 21 years of age and below 32 years of age as on
01.08.2009.
The eligible candidates shall be required to appear for written examination or /
and personal interview at their own cost. The date and venue of which shall be intimated
n due course. On selection, they shall be appointed as Management Trainees for a
minimum period of one year. The training period may be extended for another six months
o one year, if his performance is found unsatisfactory. During the training period, they
hall be paid monthly-consolidated stipend @ Rs.8,000/-.
On successful completion of training, they shall be placed as Jr. Manager (Ele) on
probation in the Pay Scale of Rs.9,300-34,800/- with Grade Pay of Rs.4,200/- in E-2
Grade with D.A , H.R.A, Medical Allowance and other perquisites as per Rules of the
Utility.
