Amazingly Indian superstar Shahrukh Khan was detained for almost two hours in an american airport (Newark) early Saturday morning because his surname featured in the most common list.Shahrukh was released after congress MP Rajiv Shukla interacted with the US authority and the Indian consulate.
The actor was detained after his name flashed on the computer. He was asked several questions about the purpose of his visit. His hand baggage was checked. He was not allowed to even make a phone call for nearly an hour.
Even if, the superstar revealed his identity, the authority was not convinced and even he was not allowed to make any phone call. Shahrukh will be returning to India on 18th August.
