EXPECTED END RESULTS MAJOR ACTIVITIES
1.To achieve Gross post paid numbers - responsible for post paid, blackberry, datacard sales - of the zone and strengthen relationships in the Key Account by escalating level of contract.

Mapping particular territory and ensuring Airtel reach in the zone

Ensure recruitment of channel partners, sales executive.

Ensure meeting the important customers and facilitating team members to close big deals.

Ensuring customer service of that particular zone

2. To promote VAS / New products and services – blackberry and data cards To conduct demonstrations at potential companies and update them with the usage and features of the new products.
To conduct road shows at clubs and societies

3. To ensure customer delight To build relationship with important customers and addressing their queries proactively

4. To ensure complete product and sales training imparted to CSA sales team To conduct weekly training programs at CSA for product updation and sales process
Conduct and manage sales training
