Your Responsibilities:
1. To achieve on time and quality project deliverables within budget.
2. To assist Program Manager in identifying current and future competency needs of the group.
3. To improve customer relations by way of effective communication, managing expectation and meeting commitments.
4. To contribute to the business development activity and budget proposal of the Program or Department.
5. To guide Project Leaders or Team Leaders in project planning, tracking and administration.
6. To recruit budgeted manpower and develop their competencies to match current needs of the project(s).
7. To keep abreast of technical & organizational developments in own professional field.
8. To plan business logistics required to meet the PD objectives.
Your Profile:
Qualification
1. Graduate/Post graduate in Electronic Engineering/Software Engineering with around 12 to 15 years of experience.
Experience (Relevance)
1. Around 5 years experience in software design / development.
2. Around 8 years experience in Software Engineering Practices.
3. Around 4 years experience in managing projects as Project Leader and Team Leader.
Know -how
1. Knowledge of the product domain of his project(s).
2. Understands the need of the customer organization.
3. Awareness of the product and technology roadmaps of the customer.
4. Awareness of the competencies required to deliver current and future project(s).
5. Knowledge of the organizations HR policies and practices.
