Qualification / Age / Experience
ME/ M.Tech / MBA from reputed Institutes / Universities.

Ph.D from reputed Universities or Fellowship from reputed Institutes like IIMs/ XLRI will be preferred.

Consistent First Class from
Graduate level is a requirement.

48 years

Minimum Post Qualification experience as on 1/09/2009

12 years for those having Degree in Engineering

OR

13 years for those having any other graduate degree qualification in in Industry/ reputed Management Institutes/ Consultancy organizations/ Educational Institutions.

(b) Special Notes

· Candidates with Ph.D Qualifications/ additional years of relevant experience may
be considered for higher emoluments at the discretion of HAL.

· Expertise in Business Development with government agencies & Foreign trade at
global level which has relevance to Aerospace/ Defence industries is preferable.
· Hands on computer proficiency is essential.
· Excellent communication skills, both oral and written are essential.
· Research in industry and Teaching experience in MDPs, Executive Coaching,
Change Management is preferable.
· Teaching in Aerospace or Defence related Institutions, will be an advantage.
· Publication of Articles in well known journals is desirable.
· Experience in Industry is preferred.

Job Responsibility

Designing Training Programs on academic lines and prepare standard courseware
Organising training / change intervention to meet organizational requirements
Teaching and facilitating in learning
Implementing Training Plans as per the Budget.
Develop and maintain a professional linkage with Management of Divisions of
HAL and the HR Wing.
Organising Reviews, Examinations and Tests, evaluation and certification
Delivering courses through Distance learning and e-learning mode.
Ensuring post training linkage and encourage implementation in the field for
continuous improvement.
Networking with professionals in the field of Training & Development and
professionals in their respective and associated fields to be in the forefront of
knowledge acquisition & dissemination.
