Core Skill: Routing & Switching
Monitor, Administrate and Manage routers, switches and other Network components
Hands on experience on routers, switches and VPN devices
Should be able monitor and manage all types of the Network Devices from offshore NOC
Responsibilities include ensuring there is no breach in response and resolution time for service support.
Good experience in a network role & exposure to routing & switching network technologies such as HSRP, BGP,OSPF, EIGRP, RIP, Spanning Tree etc
Good problem analysis skills & Communication skills
Escalations and Vendor management handling skills
Skills on Template creation, presentation and documentation
Skills on Network management tools implementation
Knowledge on Project management for assisting all Infrastructure Projects
Able to be on standby in a 24x7 operation
Tenacity, proactive and tough
Ensured smooth working of Network Services such as File, Printing, Internet, & Mail are up and running.
Should be willing to work in shifts.

Education :- BE, B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech / Diploma
Experience :- 4 – 7 Yrs
