Post qualification experience
10/8 years of experience in executive position in Personnel department of a PSU / organisation of repute. Should be thorough with latest HR practices & labour laws with good exposure in the field of Industrial Relation.

Qualification
MBA/ PGDM in Personnel Mgmt & IR/ HR or equivalent. Degree in Law will be an added advantage.
