Total Relevant Experience 6 – 8 Years
Primary Skills:
(MUST Have)
Experience in leading a team of developers (min 4-5 team members)
Experience in handling the complete FS-TS-Code-UT cycle of RICEF objects
Experience in reviewing FS, TS, and Code & UT
Should have at least 2 implementation projects experience
Coordination with the onsite team
Ability to identify gaps/issues, and communicate to onsite
Excellent communication skills in English
Aptitude to mentor developers
Good interpersonal skills
Committed & responsible for the assigned tasks.
