Qualificaitons :
(i) Must have passed the S.S.L.C. examination or its equivalent.
(ii) Must not be less than 162 Cms. in height and 79 Cms. round the chest and must have a chest expansion of 5 Cms. on full inspiration.
Note:
(i) Preference will be given to Ex-Home Guards within the meaning of G.O.(Ms)No.50/70/PD dated 12.02.1970.
(ii) Preference will be given to Ex-servicemen subject to rules.
(iii) Women and Physically Handicapped persons are not eligible to apply. Hence Part
10 of Para 2 and Para 5 of General conditions are not applicable to this post.
(iv) NCC cadets having the ‘A’, ‘B’ and ‘C’ Certificate will be given weight-age of marks
at the rate of 2%, 3% & 5% respectively vide G.O.(MS) No. 112/2007/H.Edn. dtd.
