* Carrying out network related administration activities like Charging files output backup, Exchange data backup on Optical disks & Magnetic tapes regularly
* Inter and Intra-departmental coordination for customer related queries.
* GPRS Nodes operation and maintenance
VAS (VALUE ADDED SYSTEMS)
* Integration of new Roaming solutions such as Roaming Handler and Gateway Location Register.
* Comprehensive report generation and thus predicting future traffic trends and planning for future upgradations.
* Looking into customer related queries and the subsequent modification of analysis at switch end for fault correction.
