Knowledge and Skill Requirements :
# Very good experience of Exchange migrations in different scenarios (Exchange upgrade, Exchange to Exchange consolidation)
# Structure organizational units (OU) based on the needs and in conjunction with company standards
# Automate and monitor systems performance and troubleshoot alerts from monitoring tools
# Good experience in virtualization of physical servers.
# Working experience in SAN/NAS environment.
# Strong knowledge of Operating Systems - Windows XP, Windows server family (NT/2000/2003), IP Services.
# Understanding and implementation skills on TCP/IP, IIS, ISA, Apache, DHCP, DNS Forest, FTP, ADS, Group Policies
# Responsible for the day to day support, Windows systems administration, maintenance and upgrade of Windows Operating systems.
# Advantage - Knowledge of databases (Ms SQL)
# Problem Determination & analysis skills
# Hands-on and experience in CA Archserv backup and restoration, Symantec Mail security and Endpoint security solution
# Ensuring systems performance is maintained at the highest standard\
# Good communication and documentation skills
# Good knowledge of Change and Problem management tools
# ITIL and ISO27001 audit centric
# Maintain updated configuration, support, and process and procedure (best practices) documentation
# Manage and maintain corporate change control policies and procedure
# Must have excellent team working skills balanced with ability to work alone and a positive attitude
# Team orientated and self dependent
# Focus on Performance Tuning, Design/Implement server/service monitoring, Develop roadmap for server virtualization.
