The company is looking for Oracle ERP Tester with 3+ yrs of experience.
Technical Skills Required:
1. Experience of a testing tool such as Mercury Quality Center is strongly desirable.
2. Hands on knowledge of SQL or other database query tools –SQL.
3. Responsible for testing projects and testing new applications, application upgrades, interfaces and customizations as specified by requirements taken from Business Integration, for quality assurance.
4. Responsible for writing efficient Test Plans, Test designs, Test cases/Scripts and logging detailed defects.
5. Ensures that critical software is quality tested and meets all business requirements and is measured for the ability to pass all required test conditions with acceptable performance prior to being placed into production.
6. Query databases and validate data using SQL, TOAD/SQL developer or other database query tool.
7. Use and enforce the use of a standard testing tool to maintain the consistency in testing methodologies and deliveries.
8. Provide clear and concise status reports on testing progress, defect and scripting metrics using a standard testing tool.
9. Can estimate level of effort to test a particular project/enhancement.
