The Pharmacy Group of BITS, Pilani is one of the few early schools of Pharmacy in India. Established in 1950, under the able leadership of (Late) Prof. M. L. Schroff, Father of Pharmacy Education in India, it blossomed into one of the most sought after Schools of Pharmacy in India due to its broad-based education system and university-industry linkages, which is the hallmark of BITS, Pilani.

· Bachelor of Pharmacy (Hons.)

Salient Features of Bachelor of Pharmacy (Hons.):

v 8 semester modular structure

v Strong exposure to basic science, humanities, management and engineering related subjects

v Exhaustive exposure to various practical aspects of the research methodologies, instrumental techniques, emerging areas and industrial operations

v Option for doing projects (Study/ Laboratory/ Computer oriented)from third year onwards along with regular courses, seminars, assignments etc.

v Electives option to choose a specific career path

v Seven and a half months Practice School (PS-I of 2 months and PS-II of 5.5 months)/ Thesis option
