Intel India's EMG Bangalore Design Center is dedicated to delivering products (microprocessors, software) that are core to EMG is business results through the creation and development of an organization which has end-to-end product development capabilities. We are looking for Senior DFT/DFX Engineering Lead for open positions in area of Design for Testability, Design for Manufacturability with a strong understanding of the Microprocessor testability features, u-architecture, Pre/Post Si validation, Silicon production flows and test requirements.
Qualifications
You should possess a minimum of a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with six to eight years of related experience. Additional qualifications include:
- Strong Si debug background, understanding of debug use models and familiarity with the test equipment
- Good presentation, communication and teamwork skills
- Management experience would be an added advantage
