Education: PGD in interior design from a reputed college/ school of design
Experience: At least 2-3 years experience with a design firm or retail organization as a part of the design team
Key Role responsibilities: Serve as solutions provider for Ishanya clientele for all design services.
Assisting architects and designer visiting the mall in all aspects.
Coordinating design services offered viz knowledge center, creativity center, virtual mock up rooms.
Providing basic design services to clientele visiting the mall (may include reading and interpreting plans as well as developing them), Maintaining feedback records
Maintaining client profile database, Reports and documentation as required by the job.
Maintaining a high customer service index.
