Manager-Technical Support in Dell International Services


Dell International Services is looking for Manager Technical Support Operations.

In this role the incumbent will do the following:
1. Lead a team of Team Managers who will in turn lead a team of agents
2. Be responsible for delivery on all metrics related to the entity
3. Be responsible for delivering the right cost decisions
4. Train and motivate the teams for successful delivery
5. Be responsible for performance management, career management and development of the team members.
6. Participate in the recruitment for the entity in line with requirements and laid down processes


Qualification

1. Degree in any discipline with at least 12-14 years experience. out of this at least 6 years should have been in a customer contact center.
2. People management experience is essential.
3. Knowledge of computers and hardware is essential.
4. Selling skills will be an added advantage.
