The person needs to
- Understand the current data model and requirement.
- Must work with Citi data model team & project team for developing solutions.
- Analyze the performance to ensure there is no impact.
- Estimate the unit work/ task assaigned and complete the assaigned task on time
- Coding standards of the project must be followed at all times.
- Meet the quality goals set for the project. - Review technical documents & code.

Good Communication, Should be self learner and must be able to pickup new technologies in short time, Sound analytic skills with an eye for detail, Should be able to take complete ownership and exhibit leadership qualities, Should be a team player and at the same time an individual contributor.
