Job Description:
Graduates in BA/BHM/BSc/BCom from the batch of 2009 only with 60% plus marks.
12 to 36 months of experience in providing inbound / outbound international voice support, Effectively answer inbound / outbound telephones calls from clients and provide client support, Document calls and issues in case management tools.
Pre-requisites:
1. Strong analytical ability with good presentation and communication skills.
2. Willingness to work in different time zones.
3. Strong working knowledge of MS Office tools.
