*Should be able to configure / troubleshoot email clients like Microsoft Outlook / Mozilla Thunderbird.
*Systems Monitoring skills like, Mail logs monitor / Systems performance
*Basic knowledge of DNS / DHCP / LDAP / FTP servers
*Good Windows operating systems knowledge
*Good communication skills
*RHCT (Red Hat Certified Technician) or RHCE (Red Hat Certified Engineer) will be added more advantage
*Fresher or Min 6 month experience in Help desk (Customer Support).
*Diploma / UG / Graduate.
*Linux System Admin
