Pre-Sea Training by Shipping Corporation offers at its Maritime Training Institute, Mumbai. After that there will be provisions of Shipboard Training as TRAINEE NAVIGATING OFFICER CADETS (TNOCs) to Unmarried Male & Female candidates Under the Indian Maritime University (IMU), Chennai B.Sc. (Nautical Science).
A all India Common Entrance Examination is proposed to be held on 30/05/2010. The Shipping Corporation of India Ltd. proposes to select around 120 TNOCs for its August 2010 Batch.
