Job Description

- He should be well aware of land acquisition acts and process for government, private and forest categories of Land & related statutory clearances for green field project.

- He should be able to understand village maps, land schedule, ROR, EC, sale deed and consent agreement for sale.

- He should be familiar with R & R policy of state and national and their applicability.

- He should be able to maintain effective relationship with local RI, Tehsildar, Sub collector, ADM, LAO & District collector, Industrial Infrastructure agency & DSR.

- Experiance of Land Acquisition in Jharkhand state preferably.

- He should have been involved in implementation of R & R (Relief & Rehabilitation) package.

- candidates from Jharkhand would be preferred.
