Selection Criteria:

1. Group Discussion (for evaluating Communication Skills)
2. General Aptitude Test (English, Math, Reasoning & Logical) - 45mins.
3. Personal Interview with Manager - 30mins.

Important Information on Selection:



1. Date of Joining – ASAP

2. Candidate would join as ‘Trainee’ for 6 months, & later would be confirmed on performance.

3. All Positions would require working in Rotational Shifts

Sampling Trainee

– Analytical Mind-frame with Basic Computer Skills. Fair knowledge of Excel

– Any Graduate (BBA / BCA / BSc / BCom / BA)

- Must manage multiple sampling projects

- Have strong communication skills and develop a good understanding of the sampling process.

- Ability to calculate incidence and response rate to determine a sampling plan under guidance where required.

-Maintain daily reporting updates of their projects.
