Competencies & qualifications required:
§ Strong strategic thinking and product planning experience focused on shipping commercial software with at least eight years of professional experience as a Lead PM, GPM, or higher level
§ Exceptional leadership acumen with demonstrated success in “managing managers” with natural drive to lead by example
§ Deep passion for satisfying customer needs and achieving high customer and business partner satisfaction
§ Ability to define and drive the product design, release, and deployment process; ability to collaborate effectively with development and test managers to complete product deliverables in the timely manner with high quality
§ Broad technology and curiosity including experience driving product innovations (patent portfolio highly desirable) and establishing best practices for program management
§ Extensive domain knowledge/experience with Customer Relationship Management
§ Comfort in discussing, understanding and contributing to detailed technical issues such as software/network architecture and algorithm design
§ Bachelor or advanced degree in engineering or computer science
