GBS Transformation Management team is looking for a motivated result-oriented individual with 4-6 years of experience in business planning, analysis, statistical modeling, project management, research and management reporting, You will provide comprehensive analysis, decision support and consulting to the GBS Transformation Leadership team. The role works across multi functions (Finance, Operations, Quality, HR, GRE as well as regional delivery centers. You will interact across all levels within these organizations from individual contributors through to Directors.

Qualifications
Areas of responsibility:
· Provides integrated information along with analysis to the right people in the right way, thereby enabling timely and correct decision-making as well as execution.
· Works on process improvement and standardization - to ensure optimum and consistent performance.
· Manages the forums, processes, information streams, etc. to review business performance and issues against strategies and objectives.
· Actively participates in the conversations that drive optimization of trade-offs across functions. Minimize waste across the system due to misalignment of information, plans and actions across the system.
· Ad-hoc decision support for various global initiatives / improvement projects.
Desired Skills:
· MBA / CA with around 4-6 years of similar experience. Exposure to BPO/Call Center environment will be an added advantage.
· IT acumen, backed by proficiency in MS-Office, ability to handle complex data, and experience of modeling in MS-Excel or Access.
· Exposure to Sharepoint will be a definitie plus point.
· Good team player having ability to work with a diverse global workforce,
· Demonstrated analytical and mathematical skills,
· Attention to detail and accuracy,
· Strong business and operational orientation,
· Excellent communication and presentation skills,
· Good project / process management skills,
· Initiative, independence and Customer focus,
· Strong command over spoken / written English.
· Ability to deliver within committed deadlines while managing various time-zones.
Travel: overseas travel may be required once or twice in a year.
