Job description:Drive the evolution and deployment of automation initiatives and IT applications to facilitate the creation of decision support systems and standardised national level dashboards to track key business metrics, process issues etc. The position would facilitate the integration of various data points through automation - BI systems, U&R, CRM Data, BI from Mobility and other sources, to support the Telemedia business achieve efficiency on Marketing Activities, business processes etc, through informed and well analysed information on standardised metrics. The position will engage with the Marketing team at Telemedia HO, the Marketing team of other Airtel businesses, and the IT Partners, to support the automation and application integration activities.
