Educational Qualification
B.E.(Fire) from any recognized University OR Graduate in Science with Diploma from N.F.S.C. Nagpur OR Graduate in Science with Graduateship of the Institute of Fire Engineers (India or U.K.) Or Equivalent Qualification AND Should have adequate knowledge of Marathi language. Possess good Physique as per the accepted norms of Fire Services.
Vision-6/6 without wearing glasses or without any aid. Night or colour blindness shall be a disqualification.
EXPERIENCE
Should have minimum 5 year experience (2 years in case of B.E.(Fire) course, in a well established fire service organizations- Industrial/ Defense/ CISF / City fire Brigade. The incumbent will be responsible for planning, organizing, maintaining and updating the fire and safety facilities at various Power Stations and installations of the Board. He should be fully conversant with the operation and maintenance of various fire tenders, fire pumps and other latest fire fighting equipments and systems / fixed installations.
