Job Profile: Lead a Team of Professionals for Infrastructure Maintenance of all Siemens Factories with SRE in India. Control and guide Infrastructural Resources required within budget parameters and optimum cost.
Qualifications: BE (Mech.) from a reputed Engineering college
Experience: At least 10-12 years of experience in Plant Infrastructure Maintenance in Manuf./Power sector at Managerial level. Good knowledge of Maintenance, Planning, Monitoring of Plant Infrastructure.Expertise in maintenance of Civil, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, HVAC, Mechanical, Instrumentation systems, Desiel Gensets and Utilities
Other Requirements: Extensive experience in people management. Must have led a team (5-12 nos.) of Professionals in the similar business for a minimum period of 5 years. Multi - locational and Regional experience with strong flair to adapt, integrate and lead a team from diverse cultures across the Region will have a definite advantage.
