Develop, Train, supervise, counsel & motivate a team of 25 to 30 advisors.
Coach Advisors on sales skills.
Ensure repeat business by team of advisors by promoting cross sell & up sell to existing customer.
Proivde operational support to advisors in the team in terms of submissions, issuance, pending resolve etc.
