Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Customer Management -Understand client requirement ,Create project plan, effort estimates etc, Delivery of project as per defined targets
* Communication - Communications with client and team, Maintaining project documentation, Report team progress and decision made to concerned groups
* Mentoring
* Team Building
* Provide leadership to the delivery team
* Planning and Risk analysis
* Ensuring quality of deliverables
Desired Skills/Traits of Candidate:
* PG degree in Management
* PMI certification desirable
* Minimum 6-7 yrs of professional experience, of which at least 2 years should in a similar role
* Experience in any of the following is mandatory - Technical writing/Elearning/Content Management
* Experience in delivering TBT to international clients will be an advantage
* Must have developed at least 150 hrs of CBT/WBT.
