Sr. Business Development Manager jobs in Mentorware India

* Deliver best-in-class business development performance (lead volume and quantity)
* Manage a team of Business Development Executives to prospect, qualify, effectively deliver presentations over the telephone and set up meetings for the Senior Account Executives
* Hire, develop and motivate a growing team of Business Development Executives
* Respond to inquiries from potential customers by providing product features and other information as required
* Develop and present forecasts, account reviews and other reports to executives
* Maintain up-to-date database of customer information and requirements
* Impart business development best practices through personal example and experience to the team
* Develop outbound campaign strategies to complement marketing-generated incoming inquiries.

Qualifications:

* 7 years successful business development experience, including 3 years managing a business development team
* Ability to grasp technology concepts and effectively sell to a technical customer base
* Confident, energetic, self-starter
* Effective leader
* Extremely goal oriented and well-organized
* Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and contact management software
* Excellent telephone skills and effective in spoken and written English
* Bachelor's degree, MBA a plus


Special Requirements:

* The Candidate should have worked with US clients
* The candidate will be working according to our client timings (NIGHT SHIFT).
