Designs, implements and maintains Java/J2EE Applications to provide the technical infrastructure for the product offering.
Principal Responsibilities:
1.Continuously look for better and newer solutions that will improve performance
2.Provide suggestions and guide developers on how to improve performance
3.Develop prototypes based on new solutions
4.Analyze/Debug source code
5.Analyze/Debug databases and objects
6.Execute performance regression tests
7.Complete regression performance tests and document what the performance impact is on a new release
8.Work on automated performance testing solutions which will help in identifying performance impact on a release version before it is sent to the client
9.Respond in a timely manner to any urgent performance problems
