The selected candidate would be responsible for Technical Education and the Administration of Lohia Institute of Training ,Kanpur .
The person should ha ve about 20 years of experience in the field of education/training & Development and /or manufacturing in the related field. Preference of having set up a green field institute would definitely be an advantage.
The responsibilities include recruitment and induction of faculty members, design & Development of course structure, syllabus for complete training of Extrusion, Weaving , Lamination, Printing, Finishing operations along with detailed session plan. Liaison with industry, placement of students, etc.,
