• 2+ yrs of experience with Siebel Workflows.
• Facilitate and guide the requirement gathering meetings with the key client application users
• Lead requirement gathering efforts (Business Process / Business Requirements / Application Mapping) for Siebel
• Transform business requirements to clear and comprehensive functional specifications Assist technical lead in the application design.
• Responsible for Post production end-user Support and Training.
• Excellent understanding of Siebel Sales/Marketing/ module functionalities
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• should be able to work independently
• Ability to work effectively with global virtual teams
Willingness to travel to US / Mexico on rotation basis.
