Responsible for creating product awareness & convert qualified lead.
Understanding issues behind subscriber’s dissatisfaction and retaining them.
The key result area is retention / upselling of higher duration subscriptions / sales.

Good telephonic communication skills.
Self Driven & target oriented person.
Good customer orientation & listening /grasping abilities.
Computer and Internet Savvy (Technical).
Patience & empathy.
Skills in computer gaming will be highly desirable not essential.
