Requirements:
BA/BS degree or equivalent with top-class academics preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in managing teams; experience working with and/or managing third party outsourced or offshore teams preferred.
Proven track record in developing cross functional teams and working with global teams.
A strong desire and passion to work with clients in the online advertising space.
Strong leadership, organizational, problem solving, and networking and communications skills.
