All BSS Configuration related activities in NOKIA system.
* Creation of Cells, BCSU, TCSM, Signaling and NSEI.
* Edge implementation from both the ends BTS end as well as BSC end.
* Site creation through Reflection as well as through CM TOOL.
*Site Rehoming from one BSC to another BSC within same LAC as well as different LAC.
*Handover creation and deletion through CM TOOL.
* Changing various Adjacency parameters and BTS parameters like SL change, DRT change, BSIC change, Freq change etc.through CM TOOL.
* NSEI rebalancing and RTSL change through CM TOOL.
* Augmentation or BIT RATE change from both the end BTS as well as BSC end.
* Segmentation, ET shifting and Cabinet Expansion for the existing site.
* Software up gradation S-13 up to CD-5.
*Using the CM Editor, CM Provisioner and CM Plan Manager for the BCCH change according to the CRF.
