Qualifications
You should possess a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering, and/or a Master of Science degree in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering or equivalent. Additional qualifications include:
- IA-32 architecture knowledge
- Microprocessor and Microcontroller knowledge
- Good understanding of VLSI fundamentals, digital and/or circuit design methodology
- Understanding of physical layout, reliability, noise, power, manufacturability
- Familiarity with Verilog* and/or System Verilog*, Specman*
- Familiarity with schematic entry, circuit simulation and/or verification tools, timing convergence tools
- C++, Perl
- Good written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills.
