* 8+ yrs experience in handling NT/2000 Server Administration.
* Relevant experience on Clustering, Veritas Netbackup Datacenter, ArcserveIT, SMS, Norton Anti-Virus and Control-M.
* Strong Remote troubleshooting skills and handling Escalations.
* Proficient in handling all range Compaq Servers and CIM.
* MCSE is must & Preferred Compaq Certified (ASE).
* Ability to work in 24*7 support.
* Exposure to HP OV Monitoring tools would be preferred
