Job Description
1. Configures, tests, and maintains LAN/WAN equipments and related services
2. Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves network problems
3. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks
4. Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support
5. Assist in preparation of proposals and solution presentations
6. Maintain and support company’s LAN/WAN environment
7. Windows and Linux systems, business applications, anti-virus protection, email, and authentication administration
8. Daily maintenance and problem resolution, operating system patches and software upgrades, and routine hardware configuration
9. Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation
10. Obtain and maintain required certifications for partnership with key vendors.
