The candidates should have:
Understanding and interest in Web 2.0 usability and design principles with in a commercial web development.
• An advanced understanding of HTML and CSS, across major browsers (particularly IE6+).
• Experience of dealing with cross browser compatibility issues (particularly IE6, Safari, Firefox & Chromium)
• Proficiency & ability to build tight, standards compliant Web 2.0 UI using HTML, XHTML and CSS.
• Knowledge / interest to learn upcoming HTML and CSS technologies (HTML 5 spec, CSS 3,RGBa etc)
